Carmel Reid

Carmel Reid
Carmel’s career has spanned a wide range of interests, starting with an electronic engineering degree and, moving through management in various industries, followed by 19 years running her own corporate coaching and counselling business. Now she’s back to the floor, literally, working as part of the Housekeeping Team at Center Parcs in Longleat Forest. She is finding that the physical work is great for staying in the body and helping her to let go of all the mental stuff that causes so much stress in the workplace and at home. Outside of work, her interest in healing has led to her studying Sacred Esoteric Healing with Serge Benhayon of Universal Medicine and the Healing Power of Sound with Chris James of Sounds Wonderful. Carmel has been co-ordinating UK events for Chris James since 2001 and says, “He’s such fun to work with, he has a lovely sense of humour, a beautiful singing voice, and really listens to you, so you always get exactly what you need at the time. I’ve been attending his workshops for 20 years, and I’ve learned not only to sing in tune, but to explore beautiful harmonies as well, and now I’m presenting my own Innermost Sound Groups where I live in Frome.
