Frank Kane
Frank Kane is a master teacher of voice and traditional Georgian polyphonic song in the West. Originally from the US, he founded the first vocal ensemble devoted to Georgian repertoire outside of Georgia in 1983, and later led further ensembles for many years in Paris where he now lives.

His in-depth study of Georgian music & culture, energetic resonance, Alexander Technique and other experiential body-mind disciplines enabled him to develop a distinctive approach to helping others to discover and develop both their voices and fundamental sense of being in the world. He is known for his gentle, curious and transformative way of encouraging an awareness of patterns and habits that can constrict the voice or self, and leading us on a path beyond them with powerful results.
