The nature of a human being is that of a multiplicity of frequencies whose tuning has to be maintained in order to have sound health at all levels of our experience, from the body through to spirit.

James will demonstrate various toning rituals East and West using vowels, consonants and seed syllables. These will be focussed primarily on the chakras, central to our soul life.

Also included are natural sound rituals such as laughter, chants, Taoist sounds for the organs and Biosonic tuning forks for retuning the cells and nervous system. Simple movements are sometimes included to encourage the sounds.

No experience necessary only the intent for a transfomration of your soul life.

This weekend workshop will teach you how to retune the energy centres and the organs of the body through various vocal toning traditions, natural sounds, mantras and collective improvisation as well as the retuning of the nervous system through tuning forks

On this course you will learn:
1. To gain freedom of vocal expression through specific exercises including breath work
2.To stimulate the energy centres through vowel/consonant mantras
3. To refine the energy centres through the use of Tantric seed syllables
4. To draw vocal sound within as a form of meditation

Our natural state is to have a our frequencies perfectly tuned. Their disharmony is the root cause of all our stress. I am in full agreement with Tobiass proposition that we should tune to an A=432. I have had my piano tuned to this pitch for some time and I am deeply satisfied with it. Out of the Silence

In 2006 I was invited for the second time to be a presenter at the Message Company's International Sound Healing conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico. On the scene at that time was a young graduate student named Tessa Shields. She chose a handful of the presenters and asked us if we could be interviewed on site about our view and methods of using sound as a healing/therapeutic modality.
