This retreat is an invitiation for you, men and women alike, to reconnect with your inner source of joy:
your creativity, sensitivity, passion and dreams. Together with a group of like-minded people, enjoying the beautiful
setting of the Dome Centre in the Costa Blanca area, you will get all the time and space you need to embark on this wonderful journey to your inner and outer 'self'.
We will facilitate your exploration process by offering tools, exercises and experiences centered around 3 key topics:
Sound as a vehicle for personal transformation: finding your own sound/your own voice
Creativity as a vehicle to express yourself/your self, and your relation to the world, in your own unique way
Sacred Ceremony as a conscious vehicle to reflect, focus your intentions, visualise your dreams, ask forgiveness, say thanks ... and share your experiences with your 'fellow travelers'
· The magic of intoning circles
· Directing sound to your physical and subtle bodies for health and well-being
· Songs, chants and mantras for health and joy
· Your name as your mantra
· Shamanic sound journeys allowing you to travel to your inner worlds
· An optional master class on Overtone Singing with Nestor Kornblum, co-founder of the Association of Sound Therapy
· The Ancient Ones' medtiation and tribal jam at the Caves of Pla de Petracos
(officially recognised as a World Heritage site where rituals were held and which features 8000 year old paintings)
