Hi everyone, I am very happy to announce that I am facilitating Gong Baths every Tuesday from the 15th September onwards at the Purple Turtle Wellbeing in Brighton. Sessions start 19:30 SHARP and last 70 minutes. Doors open at 19:15. Please arrive early. Late comers are not admitted to avoid disruption to the group. --- The Gong Bath session include: -a guided visualisation or meditation at the begging and end of session; -and a sound immersion with the Mercury Gong and other therapeutic instruments (singing bowls, chimes, bells, a rain stick, a frame drum, a Koshi, a croaking frog güiro, shakers and leaf rattles). --- What to bring: Yoga mats and eye pillows are provided, but please bring a blanket and anything that makes you feel more comfortable. Despite the warm weather, the body temperature may shift during the session, so it is always nice to have something warm that we can cover ourselves with. What to wear: Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Changing area available. --- To book your place please contact me.
