The Gong Concert is an amazing healing journey into the depths of one’s own being – both meditative and energising in it’s effect. The gong sounds draw you into their sacred space, relaxing and de-stressing the listener, creating alpha and theta brainwaves which take us into altered states of consciousness, and transporting those present on their own unique sound journey and allowing connection with spirit. This is a wonderful opportunity to attend such a concert given by Gongmaster Sheila Whittaker - Musician, Sound Healer and Gong tutor for the College of Sound Healing.
