The One-day Introductory Gong workshop is an introduction to the use of Gongs for Sound Healing and therapy, and for your own enjoyment. This is a mixed-ability workshop, the day will be structured to suit the group. No previous musical training or experience of the Gong is required to attend – complete beginners are very welcome. We will briefly cover the history and current-day work with the gong in Sound Healing and therapy situations, and learn basic techniques for approaching and playing the gongs. The day will be a mix of theory and practical. There will be plenty of hands-on opportunity for participants to practise and connect with these powerful healing instruments. A number of gongs are provided for demonstration and use during the workshop. Booking info will be posted shortly.
