Come and join Bea and David of Bards of Avalon for a profound, activating sound journey. The theme of this journey will be new beginnings and creating a more fulfilling, joyful life.
During the session, we’ll be including the following:
• Guided visualisation and meditation.
• Individual Sacred Sound Transmissions to assist you in your next steps on your path.
• Group Sound bath to integrate and ground transmissions, with heavenly harmonies, gongs, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures.
We’ll also be using crystals to enhance the effects of the sounds, so please bring a crystal with you.
During the sound bath, you can either sit in a chair or lie down. Please bring a cushion/mat/sleeping bag/blanket so you feel comfortable and enjoy this nurturing experience.
