To honour Peace One Day 2017 - all proceeds to Peace Direct.
An afternoon workshop with gongs, singing bowls and meditation to create peace in our hearts, focusing on cultivating feelings of loving kindness to ourselves and others. We will meet in the Anglican Chapel at Arnos Vale cemetery, a peaceful and resonant space sheltered by trees. Please bring a yoga or camping mat, blanket and bottle of water.
