Neil Maroni will present the theory and practice of the use of Tibetan singing bowls, Chant, and Visualisation techniques in Holistic Self-Healing and Yoga. - This workshop will be helpful if you suffer from stress, difficulty in sleeping or just letting go. - Hear the beautiful sounds of the singing bowls and feel deep, powerful vibrations throughout your body. - You will relax deeply, slow your mind and experience a harmonic re-balancing of mind, body and spirit. - Sound massage will be integrated with deep pranayama breathing, chant, rhythm and micro movement. Please bring comfortable clothing plus a suitable floor mat and/or cushion. Chairs will also be available.
