Our essential, blissful nature is vibration expressed as pure consciousness, heart-centered love and harmonious sound and movement. to be that Self is to dissolve the blockages that impede those vibrations. James and Toshi offer their unique combination of simple toning and movement/posture techniques which act as the agents for living in that joyful state. Their key meeting points are the breath, our natural vibration/mantra and the resultant meditations arising from these self-empowering rituals
James is a very well-established figure in the field of sound healing and the author of the books The Healing Power of the Human Voice and Seed Sounds for Tuning the Chakras.
Toshi Hillier trained for four years at the British Wheel of Yoga and is also a practitioner of Reiki, kinesiology and massage. She has taught her own unique style of yoga in various settings from schools to individual classes and sports centres.
