Season themed weekend courses offering Healing Sound, breath-work and meditation with Taoist/Qigong movement practices which harmonise the energy pathways of the body in the inspiring environment and sacred sites in North Cornwall. Each course ends with resonant sound bath experience. Spiraling and Harmonising in Rocky Valley Saturday/Sunday 26/27 Sept (please note this is a NEW date) The autumn principle is harvesting combined with the Taoist Metal element of Nature. This course is for those who want to reconnect to the limitless chi energy flowing within the body supported by Nature in the magnificent Rocky Valley/Tintagel area. We will give special emphasis to the lungs/breath and practise gentle yet powerful movements and principles of Tai-chi, Qigong & healing sound to rejuvenate and harmonise emotional, physical, mental and spiritual levels of energy. Places are limited to 12 per group and each course is suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Sound and Chi practice. Our indoor base is based in the Masonic Hall, Trenale Lane, Tintagel PL34 0AN. You need to bring a mat, blanket and cushion (comfort is essential for the Soundbath Experience!), packed lunches, outdoor footwear and clothing to allow for walking in changeable weather conditions of sun, wind and rain. You may find it useful to bring notebooks or sketchbooks to record insights and information.
