Spend the day learning about the voice: how it works, how to speak clearly and effectively, how to find confidence in singing, join in with breathing and warm up games, mantra chanting, overtoning and voice troubleshooting. Discover the amazing power of your own voice for healing - both yourself and others. Take part in voice improvisation, soundscapes and harmony singing. This workshop is ideal for anyone who is under confident, inexperienced or frightened to use their voice for whatever reason.There will be a gong bath in the middle of the day and a communal meal in the evening (included in the price). All drinks provided - you just need to bring yourself, your voice and a packed lunch!
