In this time of global transformation, many of us who are living in relative safety may feel that we are powerless to respond to the prevailing chaos and shocking news that assails us from the media. During this three day weekend, Chloe Goodchild will co-create a friendly supportive listening field where you will find your authentic voice and transform your life. We will focus on how to 'express' your true self, rather than 'impress' others. We will relax, move and embody our voice in inspiring, unexpected ways. Chloe will introduce simple practices to awaken the essential flow between our head and heart, our rational and our intuitive mind. You are about to discover your personal, interpersonal and transpersonal powers of communication.
