Kriya Gong Yoga is a system of training that will show you how to maximise your body’s natural ability to maintain optimum health and physical strength and assist you to re-connect to your spirit within and become one with the universe. Don provides you with a set of tools for you to use on a daily basis. He will help you to explore the relationship between your muscles and organs. He will teach you about the meridians and the flow of chi/prana (life force). He will guide you to your Personal Kriya through a self-assessment formula. He will demonstrate to you· how to work consciously· how to target specific muscles· how to use the breath· how to apply the locks You will also learn about· resistance training· muscle and organ relationships· the connection between the emotional and physical symptoms· meridian flow and chi/pranayama (life force)· applying Bandhas (energy locks)· attention· intention· meditation This will assist your understanding of how your body works and help your physical body to release the memories of past trauma from your muscles organs tissues and cells. Meditation, gong and sound baths all lead us to focus on the present moment and allow our mind body and spirit to reconnect, become one, and move into bliss.On reaching this state our body connects to its natural healing ability allowing through the flow of prana (life force), thus regenerating our cells making them healthy and whole again.
