On this course you will learn:
Vocal toning practices, East and West, for re-tuning and balancing the chakra energies
The Taoist Healing Sounds (and corresponding seated movements) for restoring the organs of the body and their associated emotions
To enact natural sound rituals such as humming and laughter to increase well being
To move into your inner space and meditate on the results of the vocal practices
To experience movements that encourage and direct the therapeutic sounds
To explore the Biosonic tuning forks for resonating the cellular level and as a centering tool
