This Facilitator Training will enable suitably qualified people to be able to deliver the basic InnerAction course, as part of the Rising Women Rising World core curriculum. Designed to empower and train people to hold the space and facilitate the InnerAction workshop which enables women and men to imagine, design and develop viable projects for positive change, at the personal, local and global levels. A pre-requisite for this training is to have attended the InnerAction workshop.
Karen Downes brings 30 years of business experience from a highly successful international career as an entrepreneur, business consultant, facilitator and performance coach. She has also worked as a campaigner on the ground in India and Bangledesh with the hunger project.
Hetty Einzig is an independent executive coach, trainer and facilitator working globally with individuals, teams and groups in the areas of leadership development, transpersonal coaching and emotional intelligence, across corporate, private and public sectors.
