For the first time in the UK the Excursion workshop is being held in London. Writing materials, workshop manual and a discount coupon for the Gateway Voyage will be provided. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the weekend (please bring your own lunch). This represents a great opportunity to experience binaural beat programmes in a controlled and guided environment with like minded individuals facilitated by a Monroe Institute Licensed Practitioner, Beltran Melgar, who is teaching in the UK for the first time. The weekend will revolve around the Focus 10 and Focus 12 states of consciousness. There will be opportunities to discuss individual experiences with the group and the facilitator and understand how to use the binaural beat programmes to their best advantage. The weekend will finish approximately 6pm on the Sunday. The group number must be limited to ensure individual attention so please book quickly! A deposit of £100 is required to reserve a place.
