Join us for an evening of Kirtan - a special one this month to celebrate Navaratri, festival of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine. Dropping our awareness out of our busy minds and into our hearts, we will come together to sing the profoundly healing sounds of Sanskrit Mantra. From the path of Bhakti Yoga (pure love and compassion), Kirtan is fun, it feels good and brings one to a state of peace, joy and wellbeing.
We will end the evening sharing in prasad ~ a sweet treat that has imbued the blessings of our Kirtan practice.
All Welcome – If possible please bring your own cushion or blanket to sit on, and anything else you need to keep comfortable as we will have a limited supply of props.
