Experience intuitive yoga stretches that honour your inner rhythms and flow into a expressive dance meditation set to a sound track of mantra and uplifting music. Connect to a state of inner peace and enjoy free expression of the self.
This offering is inspired by Sivani Mata’s practice of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of love), her trainings in Shakti Dance with Sara Avtar and Yoga Trance Dance with Shiva Rea, her internship with inspirational yoga teacher Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and other life experiences.
All Welcome – Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket as we will have a limited supply of props.
