In this session we will connect to our creativity through the practice of Shakti Dance. We will tune into two water Goddesses, Saraswati and Yemaya to inspire us for the year ahead. "PHURO! Be Inspired!"
Shakti Dance is a combination of flowing yoga stretches (asanas), energising dance steps, expressive free dance meditation, relaxation, mantra with movement, and silence; which puts us in touch with our true nature, pure consciousness, our shining light within.
