WORKSHOP-VOCAL TONES TO HEAL THE CHARKAS AND MAJOR ORAGNS. PLUS GONG BATH Learn the vocal sounds for healing the Chakras and the 5 major organs. Sandira teaches the Vedic vocal tones that heal the Chakras and the Taoist tones to heal the 5 major organs. For example the sound "Hoooow" is the Taoist sound for the spleen. We take a deep breath and make the sound while taking our attention to the spleen and imagine it being slightly squashed. (It likes being in a confined space). We breathe in and make the sound while we feel the vibration of the sound in the spleen. Then we sit in silence, smiling down at the spleen and our mind goes into the most still and calm space. We might feel a subtle change or calm in our body as we relax. Sandira can also explain how the chakras or 5 major organs affect the rest of our body and mental states. These exercises are great self-healing and take us into wonderful meditative states. We can take these exercises away with us and include them in our daily wellbeing program. FOLLOWED BY A FULL HOURS GONG BATH/ Meditation using Gongs, singing bowls and Shamanic instruments. When the body/mind is totally relaxed, it cannot hold a negative thought.
