Enjoy a fabulous EMILY HESS Sound Yoga training while enjoying a sunshine break in Marbella, Andalucía.
„JOY - Sound of Yoga“ is Yoga full of joy for body, soul and mind combining Asanas with sound bowls, gongs and mantras. Sound Bowls will not only be used for meditation, but actively integrated in the Yoga class. These are special instruments with a relaxing rhythm, a healing SOUND-space for wellbeing - as Remo Rittiner (Ayuryoga) says: magical.
Here it is important to use instruments which intensely connect ourselves with our inner rhythm. Often it is easer to rediscover our own rhythm, when we may listen to it from the outside. The sounds deeply connect with our cells. Lots of research proof the effects of the Peter Hess ® Therapy sound bowls and Sangha sound bowls, which we will be using during this course.
Course participants will receive a certificate as Sound Yoga Teacher by Emily Hess from the Peter Hess Academy Spain.
This non-residential course includes 24 hours of active training from Thursday 20th October approximately 14.00 hrs to Sunday 23rd October approximately 14.00 hrs. Times to be confirmed.
