We set the energies and intention for the evening with a 20 minutes Kirtan, this is chosen on the day, we chant together. Next, we snuggle down for a relaxing and uplifting gong sound bath where we can be at peace in a safe and loving space. Let the sounds of the gong, crystal bowl and complementary instruments wash over you and set you up for the week. The Quaker Centre is a peaceful and pleasant venue with a small garden and we can often hear the birdsong during the sound bath. Please bring a mat to lay on, a blanket and a bottle of water.
