Polishing The Lens is about bringing mindfulness into your practice, deepening yourknowledge and enhancing clarity of mind and awareness through experientialpractice. You will be able to increase your motivation to utilise meditation inyour daily experiences, both on and off your mat in order to improve yourquality of life and relationships.
Like our highlysuccessful Atma Vichara course, the Polishing The Lens retreat is based onYogic philosophy and practices, plus other perspectives including Buddhism andNeuro-Linguistic Programming. We actively encourage dialogue and discussion andbecause our programmes are deliberately structured around a small group you canbe assured of a highly personal and individualised experience.
This 5 day retreat isbeing held at Le Cotil our lovely retreat centre overlooking a large lake inNormandy and can be combined with the Sound Mindfulness Retreat which followson from it (8th - 13th August). Here you can relax totally, clear the mind andimmerse your senses in the pool, spa and sauna overlooking our pine wood, aswell as venturing down into the organically rich ravine and river, which feedsthe lake. Our Sound Mindulness & Polishing The Lens Retreats areoffered consecutively so you can create a longer retreat.
