Earthtones holds regular sound baths in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. Sound baths are fantastic experiences which allow you enter a state of deep relaxation as your practitioner takes you on a journey of healing sound. Earthtones Sound Baths include peaceful mantras, monochord music, gongs, Himalayan bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drums and rainsticks and other therapeutic percussion instruments. Bring a blanket or shawl with you if you wish – some people like to wrap up during a sound bath. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. For those with mobility issues, chairs are provided. Sound baths at the John Godber Centre, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire take place on Sunday mornings; arrive at 10.30am for a 10.45 start. Sessions last 45 minutes.
