Come and enjoy the healing sound vibrations of the Paiste Planet Gongs (Sun, Neptune, Venus, Mars, Mercury) as well as Paiste Symphonic and Wind Gongs. The sounds of the gongs are interspersed with other instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls and crystal bowls, drums and chimes to allow you to embark on a mystical, deeply meditative journey. Participants lie on a blanket or yoga mat and are bathed in the powerful and transformative sounds of the gongs. Please bring something to lie on (mat/blanket), a blanket to cover you and a pillow or cushion. The effect is immensely relaxing and healing on all levels. The gongs are played for about an hour and the entire session with time to come to afterwards is an hour and a half.
The cost for the group sound bath will be £15 a head and due to the fact that the Parish Rooms are fairly small, numbers will be restricted, therefore it is essential to book tickets and pay in advance of the day. You can purchase your ticket for the group events by bank transfer, paypal (I will send you a request) or cheque. Please let me know how you wish to pay when emailing me to reserve your space.
You may arrive from 19:30, and the gong bath commences at 20:00 hours. No admission after this time. The gong bath lasts in the region of an hour. There is plenty of time afterwards to assimilate and allow your energy to settle. We also have the opportunity for a cup of tea with like minded and some discussion if you wish.
