Through the combined practice of Phonetic healing and Sounding Bowls you will have the opportunity to follow sounds that will lead you directly to the path of your self in life. The workshop will include:
Group work including pair work and large circle work
One to one, personal sound massage sessions
Individual sound baths with Sounding Bowls
Personal reflection for integration of exercises during quiet times
During the workshop you will experience how Sound and Light are the two fundamental principles of the universe. By using the structure of both sound and vision you will be introduced to practices that strengthen presence and awaken your inner light. You will explore the unique healing powers of Phonetic healing that are able to touch and express our inner being so that specific issues can be healed by the responses that are formed in the body. Phonetic healing works to harness the fundamentals of the Creative Word, which touch into your soul-body structure, releasing hindrances that would prevent the awakening of your true self.
The workshop also includes the opportunity to hold and play a wide variety of Sounding Bowls. Making a good sound requires no skill. The beauty of each one draws you in, to discover an acoustic of extraordinary richness whose golden harmonies open up the heart and release the inner joy and beauty of your own soul. Sounding Bowls will also be used in meditations and exercises opening up the spaces of inner harmony and harmonising the spaces between one another. There will also be time for individual ‘Sound-Baths’ that drench the body in harmony, releasing endorphins that refresh your whole world-perception.
The workshop will run from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Residential attendance is highly recommended. Tuition will start from 9.30am each morning.
Arrive in good time on Friday 6th November and register from 4pm, followed by supper together at 6.30pm and our opening session. Departure on Sunday 8th will be after tea, approximately 4pm.
Full Board residential, including tuition is £230 (shared room)
There is a supplement of £30 for a single room.
Non residential, including tuition is £185 includes hot drinks, lunch and supper.
