This day will include breath work, listening, movement, meditation and a variety of approaches to engage your voice and your creativity, developing textures of personal presence.
Sound, rhythm, gesture and percussive rhythm with drums, bells, seed pods and other natural objects allow us to engage with each other in the group, calling us to find a deep stillness within sound. Expect well-being, kindness and new understanding to come forth. No experience is necessary.
