All levels of ability are warmly welcome. In fact, your level of ability is not important; it is where your attention is that matters. As well as asana practice, there will be experiential talks and demonstrations, revealing how postures affect our attitudes and help overcome so-called ‘problems’.
Ruth White is one of the UK’s foremost yoga teachers. She was trained by B.K.S. Iyengar and has developed a unique style of teaching, uniting pupil and teacher in an atmosphere of happiness and well-being.
