Our natural state is to have a;; our frequencies perfectly tuned. Their disharmony is the root cause of all our stress. The resonance of the voice intoning seed syllables, vowels and consonants has the power to tune those vibrations. To the same end we will also create natural sound rituals, relieve stress on the organs with Taoist sounds and tune our nervous system with tuning forks. The practice of inner sound will take us into meditation where deep healing occurs.
