At this monthly gathering called Power in Presence, the theme will be how the voice can be used to stimulate greater awareness, receptivity, sensitivity and harmony. This will include discussion and practical exercises. Karen Grace is a trained Sound and Colour Therapist, Yoga Teacher and has a Masters degree in Voice. She will be leading this exciting workshop and sharing her knowledge of the power of the sound inherent in each persons voice.
