The key to our self-transofmration lies in the vibrational spin of the chakras. The closer their frequencies are to thie optimum the more we become who we really are and experience sound health at every level. Through the process of therapuetic vocal sound the chakras are stimulated and balanced, throwing off blockages and releasing fine energies.
We will work with toning, mantras, chanting and vocal improvisation complemented by simple movements and gestures. No previous experience is necessary, only the deep intent yo become united with your true self.
