The Joy of Singing Group is an opportunity to connect to your true voice and experience the joy of
singing in a very supportive group environment.
By re-connecting to our bodies we can begin to let go of self-judgement and ideals about how we think we should sound
and start to let go and really enjoy the feeling of making sound and expressing ourselves from our true voice.
The Joy of Singing Group can assist you with
• Freeing your true voice
• Learning to be present when speaking and singing
• Connecting to your body
* Letting go of negative thoughts and self-judgment
• Finding confidence in singing with others
• Strengthening your voice
• Singing effortlessly without pushing or using force
• Enjoying self expression and having fun through making sound
