CONCERTS and EVENTS for 2008

A happy new year and a big 'thank you' to all who attended our concerts and workshops in 2007.
We are putting together our programme for 2008 now and some of the dates are already listed below. However, tickets for these events are not yet available but it is possible to reserve a place on the flute and drum making camp.

Highlights for 2008 include-
a concert tour by Bamboo Cedar Oak featuring Guillermo Martinez, Hiroki Okano and Nigel Shaw.
a womens festival on Dartmoor with Carolyn Hillyer and others.
an instrument making workshop on Dartmoor.
a series of workshops by Carolyn Hillyer based around her new cycle of paintings.

MAY

21 Wed & 22 Thurs - LONDON, Mind Body Spirit, Royal Horticutural Halls, Victoria
Concert by Nigel and Carolyn on Wednesday. Solo concert by Nigel on Thursday.

JUNE

7 Sat & 8 Sun - DARTMOOR, Lower Merripit Farm, Postbridge
Flute and drum making camp with Nigel and Carolyn. Cost approx £175 per instrument.
More details soon but places can be reserved now.

21 Sat - GLASTONBURY, Chalice Well Gardens, Glastonbury, Somerset
Special summer solstice open-air concert with Nigel and Carolyn

JULY

BAMBOO CEDAR OAK Concert and workshop tour.
Featuring Guillermo Martinez, Hiroki Okano and Nigel Shaw.

4 to 6 - DEVON, Quest Festival, Newton Abbot
Concert and workshops including a special tribal concert on Saturday night with Bamboo Cedar Oak, Nigel and Carolyn, Longsho Tibetan music and a tribal big band!
