Green Tara is known for compassion, healing and protection, she is the goddess waiting to help you cross the ocean and reach enlightenment. Green Tara was the Nepalese princess who married Srang-Tsan Gampo, the first Buddhist king of Tibet. The Chinese princess regarded as White Tara was also married to the same king.
