Vibrational Healing - a Sacred Sound journey through the senses, can have a profound effect on the physical self, energy field, higher awareness and higher consciousness, and can bring a sense of relaxation, inner peace, tranquillity and clarity of mind.
The vibrational frequencies of the Sacred Sounds will help to balance the Chakras, the higher tones of the Tibetan & Crystal Bowls resonate with the upper and middle Chakras, cleansing & clearing old stuck energy patterns, whilst the lower tones of the Gongs & Bowls resonate with the lower Chakras and are also grounding.
This sound journey may take you into a deep meditative state. When you return remember to ground yourself by feeling your feet connecting with the floor and sending down some imaginary roots into the ground to bring you back down to earth.
