Description
This meditative experience will be a guided journey to
meet your power animal. You will be traveling deep within yourself. The drum beat you hear on this CD
will provide a connection with the deep part of yourself, your heartbeat and the heartbeat of Mother Earth
and all her creatures.
Track 1 is instructional offering information about animal medicine and the journey process.
Track 2 is a partially guided journey to the sound of the drum beat.
Track 3 is a drum beat alone to allow
you the opportunity to practice on your own once you have become more comfortable with the journey
process.
