This is a Part-time Training IN SINGING THERAPY starting in March, 2022.

The VENUE is in Ruskin Mill’s inspiring new adult education training centre,
The Field Centre, nr. Nailsworth, GLOS.

The overall duration is 21 days made up of 8 Modules over 9 months
which take place in Half Terms, Holidays and Weekends.

This training draws on a wide array of approaches to Therapeutic Voicework
and creates a new and inspiring holistic marriage of
Vocal, Psychological, Spiritual
Cross-cultural/Global & Medical Perspectives on Singing Therapy,
as well as New Anthroposophical Perspectives on Singing Therapy.

Throughout the training you will have the opportunity to learn:
Therapeutic Singing Exercises and Songs in the Key of Life

In addition, you’ll have the chance to develop your own singing voice.

Michael Deason-Barrow- Director of 'Tonalis’ - is a professional singer and voice trainer who has taught at all levels from the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy
Training and Universities to special needs education and singing therapy. He has led workshops for the ‘Singing for the Brain’ organisation and specialises in helping uncertain singers and clients with vocal pathologies. He has taught ‘how to transform performance anxiety’ at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and written books on ‘The Healing Voice’ and ‘Sing Freedom’
