Delivery & ReturnsDelivery Times Delivery times vary according to weight of order and destination country. All stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours, either by UK Royal Mail, DHL or Fastway Couriers. Orders placed whilst we are away at a show may be subject to a few days delay.
Returns If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased, please telephone or email us within 14 days of receiving the goods and you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. A refund for the goods will be issued on receipt of the returned item/s. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. Delivery costs We now offer Free Delivery on all deliveries within the U.K. This uses a lower cost delivery system, i.e Royal Mail Second Class post, which takes approximately 3 days for delivery. If you require our First Class Service, we calculate the postage costs based on the total weight of items purchased. The minimum postal charge per delivery within the UK is £1.00, and the maximum is £7.00, plus VAT. Parcels over 2kg in weight which are for shipment outside the U.K could be subject to additional freight charges, we will advise you prior to your order being processed.
