Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa on small plantations, the artisanal slow-roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
Tasting Note
This chocolate is characterized by an intense floral note, accompanied by citrus touches, such as orange, lemon and pineapple. All of this harmonizes perfectly with vegetal and nutty notes.
