A Sacred Sound Journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of healing instruments.

Sound Therapists, Edwin and Harshani create a safe healing space whilst taking you on a journey through the sounds of these different healing instruments:~ Earth Gong, Universal Symphonic Gong, Water Gong and Chinese wind gong various tibetan singing bowls shamanic drumming and rattles Rain stick Ocean Drum Handpan Koshi bells and Sansulas.
