I have always been around - and inspired by - music. My father, both brothers, partner and son all play instruments and/or sing. The closest I get to being musical is a Karaoke session with my friends! I have always wanted to practise therapy and after doing research around the connection between well-being and Sound, I knew Sound Therapy would enable me to connect with clients and deliver therapeutic healing.

I am a fully qualified and insured Sound Therapy Practitioner and have completed the following training:

* Diploma in Sound Therapy (Otto Sound Therapy)
* Gong mentorship (Sound Therapy Company)
* Frequency Rebalancing Training (Elaine Thompson & Philip Sterling)

Based in Ventnor, on the beautiful Isle of Wight, I offer Private and Public Sound Baths, Corporate Sound Baths, Post-Yoga and Retreat Sound Baths, Festival Sound Baths, 121 Sound Therapy and Frequency Re-balancing.
