This eight week course carries you around the medicine wheel, then spirals inwards to the heart centre and back out into the community through a series of workshops designed to bring harmony and healing to your whole system. Starting with setting a clear goal, we will focus on connecting to and transforming our relationships with our body, minds, emotions, the earth, the sacred feminine and masculine, our divine inner child and our communities. Using Sound Healing and Sound Yoga tools, in combination with Authentic Power Practice we will support each other in a transformational journey that enhances health and wellbeing on every level. We will use a blend of chanting, toning, drumming, singing, Shamanic journeying, deep listening and silence, along with some theory, provided in handouts. The spiral repeats every few months with an ongoing practice group alongside, so you can repeat and deepens your practice as you like. The deeper intention behind this course is that by healing ourselves and aligning our personalities with our souls we are cocreating an act of service and love for the benefit and rebalancing of all of Life on the planet.
