Exploring the effects of Sound and Colour as complimentary and fundamental aspects of life that inform, influence, nourish and maintain our state of being on all levels. Learning how to use Sound and Colour together to help restore our wholeness, release stress and tension and uplift our spirit. Using our voice, sacred instruments, dance, meditation/visualization, deep relaxation in Sound and Colour, supported by the healing energies of the surrounding woodland and butterfly garden. Please bring a cushion, a blanket and a packed lunch. Light refreshments are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for(hopefully)spending time outdoors in the beautiful butterfly garden and surrounding woodland. To reserve your place please contact Blu.
