James will lead you in toning practices from East and West; natural sound rituals; Taoist sounds for the organs of the body and associated emotions; working with tuning forks; mantra, chant and breath work. You will discover your fundamental tone. The voice work is enhanced with simple movements. No experience necessary.
James D'Angelo, PhD has been leading his Soundspirit courses in the UK, Europe and the USA since 1994 and is considered a leading authority on different forms of sound healing. James is an accomplished musician and composer and author of The Healing Power of the Human Voice and Seed Sounds for Tuning the Chakras.
Claridge House has been wonderfully renovated and serves fine vegetarian food. Time for courses there has now been extended to 4pm on Sundays.
