Connecting to the heart chakra and finding the faith to have courage in ones true nature just like Hanuman, whose faith in Rama makes him able to do anything. We will also focus on tuning into the natural flow of the breath during the Shakti Dance practice and experiencing the different kinds of prana (life force) that move within the system.
Shakti Dance is a combination of flowing yoga stretches (asanas), energising dance steps, expressive free dance meditation, relaxation, mantra with movement, and silence; which puts us in touch with our true nature, pure consciousness, our shining light within.
