In Autumn it is traditional to give thanks for the bounty that the year has provided us with both in terms of the natural year and also our own lives. September brings with it the Autumn Equinox and a time of gratitude and thanksgiving for the fruits of the earth and a recognition of the need to share our blessings.
The Autumn Equinox Celebration of Gratitude Evening of Sacred Sound to commemorate this occasion will take place at Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall on Friday 26th September 2014. The evening will involve ceremony, sacred drumming/journeying, chants and songs and culminating with a sound bath using gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments.
