‘Give yourself the gift of precious time out – you deserve it’ This idyllic weekend is aimed at anyone who would like to take time out from their busy lives to go deeply inwards. We will give ourselves the indulgence of the senses by being at One with our surroundings and our being. On this Retreat, we will practice Yoga, Qi gong, Meditation, Visualisation and deep profound healing workshops to further your spiritual growth. You will be nourished with good food, good company and the opportunity to spend time with the most important person – yourself. The Grange is the most wonderful Retreat Centre in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside. All workshops, accommodation, meals and refreshments are included in the cost of the weekend. The retreat starts at 5.00pm on the Friday and finishes on Sunday at 3.00 pm
