James will lead you in toning practices from East and West, naural sound rituals, Taoist sounds for health, working with tuning forks, mantras, chants and breath work. You will discover your fundamental tone, giving a sense of homecoming. The voice work is enhanced with simple movements. No previous experience necessary. James D'Angelo, PhD, has been leading his Soundspirit courses in the UK, Europe and the USA since 1994 and is considered a leading authority on different forms of sound healing. James is an accomplished musician and composer and the author of The Healing Power of the Human Voice and Seed Sounds for Tuning the Chakras.
